Beauty Basement

my mother went to this business yesterday, came home very upset saying that the reception that she received was appalling, the application of the lashes was painful saying that it felt like the person doing it was plucking her natural lashes. it is very disappointing as she has had eyelashes before for £50 that were amazing and with 100 x better service than this business but unfortunately they moved away. she will now look for another one again seeming as you did not treat her well. do better, i'm disgusted and upset for her.

Relatively new to using Beauty Basement but having had my second appointment there today, it was as good as it was the first time! Holly is amazing at nails and eyebrows (I had acrylics and waxing) and is very warm and welcoming. Super professional and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended this little gem of a beauty salon! First time using this salon and all I can say is wow Holly is very talented and she makes you feel really welcome. She spent ages making sure everything was perfect. I am so pleased with my nails and I will definitely be back again. I can definitely recommend this salon.

I have used the salon a number of times and I’m always left satisfied. They are very friendly and professional. Marcella gave me a great lash lift and Becky is a perfectionist when it comes to manicures and pedicures. In the past I’ve had massages and waxing and been very satisfied. I have even come in for pedicures wirh a friend which is lovely

I use Beauty Basement all the time for my lash extensions (Holly is amazing), manicures and pedicures (both Holly & Fran are fab) and I am always so pleased with the results. I've also had massages with Becky which are a dream. The team are so professional and friendly and I cannot recommend them enough. Beauty Basement is an amazing all-round service for all your beauty needs!

Ive been a regular at Beauty Basement for a few years now and I can honestly say I wouldnt go anywhere else! Jo, Holly & Becky are all such lovely talented girls and always putting up with my mad nail art requests. Thank you so much girls! Highly recommend to anyone.
