Dermalogica by Amara Beauty Day Spa

Been going to the salon for over a year now, and have been extremely happy with every visit. Staff are lovely, facials are therapeutic and I have even changed to dermatológica products since going there - which have done wonders for my skin!

All I will say to the owner of this business is that it is absolutely vital for any business person to operate with the correct approach and attitude towards their clients and retain some form of human dignity… it seems the business owner is solely and constantly focused on maximising her revenue without trying to enhance a better experience for her clients… a salon experience that is supposed to be relaxing and rejuvenating only ends up being a stressful experience every single time due to the extremely poor and rude attitude and approach.. almost condescending and intimidating..
Such a shame as the treatments and therapists have been wonderful but I will most definitely not be returning to face such unprofessional and immature mannerism again..

I have had a few Deep Cleansing facials here and am very with the service and the results- my skin glows afterwards.

Booked an extra long facial for my daughter to remove blackheads on chin,nose and forehead . when we left my daughter told me they didn't even touch her chin at all only around the nose , and when I looked they was all still there??the therapist spent most of the time massaging her neck and shoulders , really disappointed,I didn't book her in for a massage , I know that's part of the treatment, but main target and skin problem for facial was blackhead removal for which I booked extra time for? And filled a form in before treatment stating that, absolute waist of money!
