The Urban Sanctuary

I had such a lovely experience here yesterday. Our bridal party of 6 were made to feel very welcome and pampered. Charlotte gave me a Jessica gel manicure and I can honestly say it is probably one of the most perfect ones I've ever had! We also had a good old chat and she gave me lots of advice on how to keep my nails looking good and how to take care of them after the gel has come off. All the girls here are super friendly, the service is great and the products are to die for! It was my first visit but it won't be my last!

Danielle was really lovely, I had never been to the urban sanctuary before and Danielle had never done my brows before but she did an amazing job. Visited the urban sanctuary because my usual lady was unwell and Danielle could fit me in last minute. I'm very impressed and will definitely bare her in mind in the future if my usual lady is not available. Very professional and really lovely lady. Highly recommend!

Urban Sanctuary couldn’t have done enough to make me feel comfortable and provide the best possible treatment. I was nervous about the treatment as I’d fallen out of habit with waxing, but my beauty therapist was exceptional and the treatment was quick and fairly painless. I can’t wait to return for something more relaxing and maybe a bit of pampering soon.

It was my first visit here and I really enjoyed it! Georgie made me feel very relaxed and was very professional. The massage was great and the eyebrow tweezing was pain free which surprised me as normally I find it a bit painful. Overall, this was a very luxurious experience and would love to come back again.
