I booked with Peaches and Creme 3 months ago for lots of treatments 2 days before my wedding. I received a confirmation email which told me I was all booked in and told me what time to arrive. 4 days before my wedding I went in to have a patch test and was told they didn't have any record of my booking. When I showed them the confirmation email they claimed a receptionist who has left had not put it in the diary properly.

They told my they wouldnt cancel the recent appointments they'd booked at the same time as mine, nor would they be able to fit me in before my wedding. The owner of the salon was uncaring and rude, despite the fact that I was clearly upset, as I am not from the area and didn't know of any salons who could accommodate me on such late notice. I left Peaches and Creme upset and with no resolution.

Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable customer service. I would not recommend booking here.

A lovely salon, beautifully decorated, with the most lovely professional therapist's. I have always been made to feel very welcome. I can't recommend them enough.

Always use P&C for my eyebrows. This is a good little business and I've been a customer for a while. Nice traditional decor and very art deco in what was the old paint store in Shaftesbury.
