Hollywood Nails

The service provided to me was brilliant. I left extremely happy with my nails as they were beautifully done and all for £25! However the customer service provided wasn’t too great. Some of the artists were quiet and did not communicate very well with any of their customers. Personally I love to have a conversation while having my nails done but instead I sat awkwardly silent waiting for my nails to be done with. If you would like good nails then this is a good choice but be prepared to sacrifice good customer service and conversation/niceties.

I was a regular costumers there , going there monthly. One week ago I decided to go back after holiday. I had already extension nails but the guy offered me to remove the old one and put the new one on ( no reason to do it because I have just made it one month before so they weren’t old ) without tell me the price . The staff there knows that I always do shellac but this time they decided to put the normal color on without asking me nothing . Paid for 28£ for this nails in the picture after less than one week. Today I went back to ask the guy and he was so rude , saying that it’s my fault. Never go back again and don’t recommend this place to anyone else

I went to this nail shop for months with no problem, but recently the service is really bad and they are never on time even when you book an appointment and they always have a problem when you ask for something different. I won't be going back.

The last time I booked a appointment and went because he's always "busy" but never is. I was then told i didn't book my appointment and he knows because "he speaks English" never meet someone so rude to paying customers got a my nails done 1 week later they are coming off, no talent or skill, poor service and the colours are below par.

The girl who did my nails was excellent but the owner charged me extra money today and when I challenged her she started shouting at me

The nails maybe look nice after the service, however the place is absolutely dirty - they don’t use gloves, no sanitisers before the service. The cut nails of the previous client were on the desk when they told me to sit and were there till end of my visit. Disgusting.

Had a pedicure there and it was terrible from start to finish it felt rushed and I had to keep asking for the lady to cut my nails down more it started with a quick wash then a quick cut of the nails and finished off with nail polish that lasted a week they charged my £30 I was in and out within 15 minutes not what I call a relaxing pedicure they are now changing there salon name to Royal spa I won’t be returning to this salon.

My go to nail salon, love the staff they will make sure you get everything right.
They listen advise and I never have a problem.

Used to be a regular customer went today and absolutely appalling. Nails didnt cover my real nails, powder didn’t touch the cuticles, Colour all over skin and lumpy on the nails. Seriously gone downhill this place won’t be ever going there again and after Showing all my friends the job they originally done they won’t be going back in either. When I told him I wasn’t happy they kicked up a fuss instead of just repairing them so had to have them removed appalling customer services if I could I wouldn’t leave a single star.
