Just had the most fabulous deep tissue/hot stone back and neck massage. Was amazing. Arrived with a back full of knots and tension and left feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated! Bloomin' Marvellous!! Highly, highly recommend. Anne (age59)

After seeing the earlier positive reviews on this thread I bought a voucher for a £30 massage. However after having the massage cancelled three times over a six week period (twice on the day of the appointment and the third time when I was actually in the car on my way there - by text) I’ve given up and got my money back. Following the cancellations, no one rang me to rebook and my calls to the mobile number the texts came from went unreturned (the main salon landline number not accepting messages or answered). The salon seems to have no idea of customer service and appear to cancel at very short notice on a whim (bad weather forecast/the salon is too cold today/unspecified personal crisis). I appreciate that cancellations sometimes happen in any business, but Blake’s appear to be run at the convenience of the staff rather than any desire to offer a professional service.

An absolutely amazing experience. Had no expectation other than to have a "nice" massage as a treat for my Sister and I. Oh my goodness how wrong was I! Discovered the utter bliss of a Hot Stone massage delivered by the AMAZING Simone. The whole experience from start to finish was so wonderful. From the lovely warm welcome to the most heavenly and therapeutic massage I have ever had. I just cannot fault it and having convinced two ladies to book immediately and another two friends to book, my Sister and I will definitely be returning. Cannot recommend highly enough. Had a groupon voucher given to me for my birthday.
And I am very glad I did.
Chloe gave me a fantastic massage, totally relaxed me. Then she face me a facial. To finish I had a pedicure.
From start to finish she was welcoming and completely professional. She made me feel at ease and very comfortable. The salon was clean and tidy. And a lovely temperature.
She is obviously well trained and extremely good at her job.
I left the salon 2 hrs later, relaxed and refreshed. And with very soft skin.

I had a massage here with Simone. Simone made me feel 100% relaxed, was really helpful in guiding me as to what type of massage to have (mix of conventional and hot stones) and I found the place clean, professional and conducive to relaxation. Would definitely recommend. A hop, skip and a jump from Winchester, where I live.

I was lucky enough to get a voucher as a present for my birthday from work colleagues and as you do you read reviews, you get a little apprehensive when you see slightly bad reviews, for me the experience was brilliant, this cute quaint tucked away salon is very relaxing with a chilled calm non judgemental atmosphere. Which doesn't always come with some salons.... My nails are perfect and not only will I be going back, I am purchasing a voucher for a friend!
