Not a happy customer - I’ve been coming to UK nails for over 2 years. The last few times I’ve had my nails done, staff have been very rude and you’re rushed to choose a nail colour. Sadly, I won’t be returning!

Absolutely disgusting customer service from the male technician today... asked for gel infill which is £20 he then tried to charge me £24 plus £7 for shellac.... when I explained what I asked for he shouted at me told me I was barred then sat taking pictures of me. What the hell.....

Not a professional service and pricey. I could’ve done my nails they when they did myself at home. Paid 25 for gel nails and got all my cuticles dirty on the sides and not properly cut.

I went to the salon uk nails in kirkham on Friday paid £30 for an infill and diamonds That evening one of my diamonds came off I went back the next morning had it repaired By the Saturday evening the same diamond plus another 2 had come off and the paint was starting to peal off I went back Monday afternoon and the Tony the boss was extremely rude Then he said i should not have had a colour on my nails as they were white tips????? This has never been an issue before, when i said why didn’t you tell me that before i paid £30 he replied you don’t understand???? Then he grabbed my fingers and shouted at me, “tell me what you have done, tell me what has happened to these nails????? Absolutely disgusting, he repaired them and the following day the paint has started to peel again. I wont be returning ever, id avoid this place. Its a shame as they used to be good before they got new staff!!

Easy to get appointments and they do a good job. Friendly staff, just remember it's currently cash only
