I have visited the Ivy for several treatments and have always been extremely happy! The staff are lovely and friendly and always very professional. Katrina makes me feel very relaxed and at ease which is great, its also nice to feel that someone has the knowledge and experience to give you honest advice and help you with any problems. She is always lovely and calming. Glad I found somewhere I trust to give me the best treatments for me and my skin!

As a rosacea sufferer I have had various different courses of IPL with a number of clinics. My experience with Katrina at the Ivy Clinic has, however, been unequivocally the best both in terms of results and experience. I will now only go to the Ivy Clinic (and Katrina) for all my treatments. Vicki, Teddington

I am a loyal customer of The Ivy Medispa as the service is of the highest quality.

I recently had an eye lash lift by the talented beautician Nadia, who I highly recommend - she is very thorough and strives for perfection! Friends and colleagues have continuously complimented on how natural my eye lashes look. I couldn't be happier with the results!

The clinic always has the top of the range products and equipment. All the staff are highly trained so I feel that I am in good hands every time I go in for a treatment.

This clinic is an absoulte gem and I strongly advise you to check it out if you haven't already! Brilliant service and the pricing is very reasonable!

Katrina at The Ivy Medispa is extremely professional and knowledgeable about the services she provides. I have been going to her for IPL and Dermaroller treatments now for 5 months and I am thrilled with the results. All the staff at The Ivy are very friendly, and I would highly recommend the clinic, and Katrina to everyone! I am very much looking forward to my next appointment in a month

It all started with my daughter booking me in for a free consultation with Katrina... She gave me a complete and thorough comprehensive overview of my skin condition and suitable treatments. No magic solutions like the other two salons promised! Katrina suggested five week prep period using Skinbrite and course of peels and micro needling. The before and after photos (so far into the treatment) are on instagram. I'm so happy with the results and thoroughly enjoy my sessions with Katrina who has a wealth of knowledge on all the treatments and has designed a bespoke package of treatments to maximise the results for my skin problem - extreme pigmentation due to age and menopause. Thank you Katrina!

They burned my face with a chemical peel years ago. I never recovered after, my skin tone is still darker then what I originally had, as l obviously developed melasma as a result of the burns. Despite that the beauticians at the clinic are polite, they are not a medical dermatologists. The owners of the clinic use the contract that I sighed as a patient (no liability contract) to send me away without taking any responsibility or providing assistance with the recovery from the burns and the melasma. I then booked private dermatologists in London for a steep price and was proscribed a topical bleaching cream, but of course these are not recommended to use fro long in general- with a bit of sun and harsh bleaching, melasma can worsen, so this wasn’t a solution either. Never mind that I’ve learned my lesson not to use clinics that have not got medical doctors expertise, it is worth saying that although mistakes happens, this clinic is a unprofessionally conducted busses!
