Trina and her team are ‘simply the best’. They go out of their way to make everyone feel special. Satisfaction of customers is paramount. The service is always professional and to a very high standard. The salon is spotlessly clean and a everyone is given a warm welcome. I cannot imagine going anywhere else.

I have been using the Beauty Spot for more years than I care to remember!. Trina and the girls offer the most professional and wide range of treatments and the salon is always spotlessly clean and welcoming. We are very lucky to have this business in Faversham when it is so apparent when you look around the town of how many businesses are struggling to survive during these tough times. Trina and her team are to be commended for continuing to offer industry leading treatments to a very high standard and making sure that everybody has that special feeling when they have their appointment- not an easy task but one they do effortlessly. I totally agree with the owner about taking a deposit .The whole idea is to stop people cancelling on the day.Staff and bills have to be paid we are all in difficult times. So When the appointment is missed it has a big impact.
This is a well established business of the town and the review i just read is very disappointing.I have always had exceptional service .Very attentive and professional .

I always go here to have my eyebrows waxed and tinted. Its not the cheapest but its a very professional experience. Its not 10mins in and out. They make sure its a very relaxing not rushed session. I always return. Definitely recommend 👌

Not happy that I didn’t get my £22 deposit back, after missing an appointment , I am a regular customer and was very happy to rebook and the deposit be moved to my new appointment- life happens! Not happy with this deposit system Very disappointing £22 a lot of money to lose! Will not be rebooking!
