I went and met Laura who was incredibly friendly and extremely easy to talk to throughout the massage. We seemed to really click and I thoroughly enjoyed the massage. She noticed my tight shoulders and worked on them as requested.
Very excited to go back.

Booked for 2 spa pedicures with a friend but we cancelled when we arrived. Very poor offering on nail polish, brands such as Next and Collection. Not what I'd expect from a professional salon! Venue is pretty though.

Very good services, Patricia is very profesional and my waxing experience was the best, for sure I will come back!!!!

The staff are really friendly, the service is good the only thing I can suggest is put something in the massage rooms to cool it down like air conditioning unit, especially in a hot summer day. Courtney is really good and kind.

If I could give this salon no stars I would. Went in today to have my eyebrows waxed and the therapist doing them for me ripped my skin off as well and has left me feeling really sore! Worst eyebrow wax ever and I will never be back again! The owner needs to learn some manners as well! Absolutely disgraceful!

It was my first time visiting the salon. The establishment is modern and clean and the services are reasonably priced. I had Patricia for my hot wax and she did it quickly and thoroughly. Very happy and I would definitely revisit the next time I am back in Southampton.

Very friendly and helpful staff, reasonable prices and lovely treatments. Very beautifully laid out too. Only thing is that the rooms aren't sound proof so if someone is chatting during your treatment you can hear them.
