The ladies were amazing, my nails have never looked better. I definitely recommend as I have never had such a good experience. I am deffinately going here again as I have had a much better result here than at my other nail salon.

Went there to get acrylic extensions with gel paint which was hard enough for me anyway as I suffer from quite bad anxiety but I wanted to treat myself for my birthday so I went and had them done, the lady who did my nails was honestly the rudest person I've ever met! She kept raising her voice at me to 'relax' which in my head I'm thinking how can anyone relax under these circumstances, even more she would tut at me and in anger drop my hand to the table and wait for me to put my hand in the position she wanted before picking my hand up and carrying on this happened atleast 10 times during getting my nails done. I've never been spoken to or treated so rudely in other nail salons apart from this one with has incredibly bad customer service and isn't actually the most hygienic and clean spaces to be doing nails. There areany faults with this place which is a shame because after my experience I did have a lovely set of nails it's just a shame I will not be returning here ever again.

very tough on the nails, had pain afterwards and for a few days, did not come off though and are very nice, when I take them off I hope my under nails are not damaged because I think they may be due to the roughness they applied and the stupid amount of glue but the owner was a very nice lady and welcoming.

100% do not recommend, went here to get gel extensions done for the first time, they were £35 so I was expecting good quality and value for money, the nails were decent, but they filed my nails so so much with the e-file that at one point I had to flinch my hand away for a couple seconds because it was burning, and when I took the nails off there was a distinct line where they had taken of multiple layers of the nail. I experienced pain for several days after getting this done. Definitely wasn't worth the price and will not be going back.

The ladies were amazing and really friendly and funny. My nails have never looked better. 100% worth 5 stars I definitely recommend as I have never had such a good experience. I am definitely going here again, I loved every moment.

Sadly, had one too many bad experiences at this salon. Not always the greatest quality, very rough and painful treatment to fingers and toes, and customer service is sharp and confrontational. - especially if you're not entirely happy with the end result. I won't go back again now. Also, note that reviews of 5* on here are from members of the salon owner's family.

I had my nails done here today and I will NOT be going back the woman was extremely rude to me. A nail she had done was hurting me so I asked if she could do it again she replied "if you not what your doing why don't you do your own nails" to my calm reply as she was very aggressive was "I pay to have my nails done I don't want to sit and do them" she continued to tut and then went on to use the electric filer to cut my cuticles off then. She finally changed the nail that was hurting and was talking in her language I said there was no need to be rude and she didn't speak to me for the rest of my set. For £30 to have a nail that still hurts be spoken to like that and have my polish chip off already I will not go back. Disgraceful and infront of a shop full a swell. If I could give less than one start I would.

been here around 3 times and they are so welcoming and cheap for how good the nails turn out i recommend its the best in my opinion x
