T - Nails - Gloucester

I’ve been using T Nails for acrylic nails for the last 8 months so must have made 12 visits by now. Every single time my nails have been done to a very high standard with clean equipment and by attentive, polite and talented staff. I highly recommend this salon.

New to the area and made the wrong choice. The place is not clean. Its all I could concentrate on and wonder how clean the tools are they are jamming into my cuticles. Also they basically over charged me even though the sign on the door said £30 for mani-pedi she said it was £35 and she would give me £2 off.

They have recently upgraded the shop. Looks great. Nice and clean. I have finger nails and toes done here , they always do a good job. The staff are welcoming and knowledgeable. If you choose to have normal nail varnish on you can expect it not to last long. I always have shellac and it stays looking great, it doesnt fade or chip its well worth paying a touch more for! Its a busy place. One of the chaps is clearly not as experianced as some of the others, however, if you arent happy with anything they do, as long as you let them know they can do something about it. They want you to leave happy. Will only go here now!

Been going to t- nails for years old place and now this new one would recommend and if there’s something you don’t like always mention it and they sort it out. Lovely new place and has lots of space for prams too! Not ever disappointed in my nails they always do a great job 😊

My daughter had her nails done before Christmas, unfortunately had a small sore on her finger at the time. Told technician of this sore and asked if could be gentle - only to have them actually sand over the sore with the electric file and squeezed it which hurt her even more.. In agony all over Christmas with what is now a huge infection in the side of her finger, which caused her to nearly pass out with the pain it has left her with - not happy this escalated into making her physically poorly and now on antibiotics to sort out her messed up finger 😡

Went today to get Xmas nails and wasn't disappointed 😌 then I got my toes done aswell. Always use t-nails and never disappointed when I leave 😘😘 thank you will be back 😁

This place has gone downhill rapidly since all the regular workers in there have left!! The the few staff in there are rude, unattentive and the workmanship is shocking. I have been going there for years, even when it was in the other building, but I won't be going back !!

I got my nails done yesterday at 9.30am. Woke up this morning, 3 nails have smudged/come off and the first layer on the gel is wet and bubbly under all nails. I have messaged them, asking for a refund or asking if I can come back in to get them redone at no cost and they read my message and didn’t reply. They also said they do something similar to BIAB but they just put normal gel on my nails.
