At first I was a bit worried when the stylist turned out to be a white girl but the owner said don’t worry she knows what she is doing. So I gave it a try and I’m really impressed and the result is amazing. Highly recommend and I’ve booked in already for my next appointment with the same stylist. I had a bad experience from a hair salon in London in 2002, and since that experience I’ve never stepped foot in any hair salon again. Hesitantly 20yrs later, I decided today to visit this hair salon in Harlow, just to query hair treatment for me. The team was so helpful & friendly I immediately felt positive and confident with their service. I’m so glad I had my hair treated (very damaged)and styled and had eyelash extensions done for the first time to. Very happy with my hair do and eyelash extensions. Definitely going back for more treatments and try out others that they offer. Worth the money and highly recommended 👍

I have been searching for a year to find somewhere family friendly and where we can all go to to get me my son and my daughters hair done and can honestly say I will not be going anywhere else.

Met this lovely family for the first time when I called in on the odd chance of a correction hair colour after going to Cellys in Harlow.
I was offered an appointment straight away and even had Kiki call me to discuss my needs .
Friendly and knowledgeable ,competitive prices and a no rush treatment.

Friendly, polite and professional staff. Felt comfortable and the staff are very helpful. No long waiting times for a trim the barber is quick and does an excellent job. Also cuts it the way you like it. I can't recommend them enough.
