I needed a new lash tech so I went here, unfortunately I reacted to the lash glue they used, the girls were amazing and suggested that I could take my own glue as I knew I didn’t react to the one I normally used. Went back with my own glue and had my lashes done by Ali, I love them and so many people have commented on them. Thank you girls for being so helpful, next appointment is booked!!

I have used Brown & White for tanning, hair and beauty services for a number of years now and love how knowledgeable they are of the services they offer and always provide great customer service. The treatments are good value, especially for the overall experience. For someone that’s fussy about cleanliness, I’m always pleased with how clean and tidy everywhere is. It’s clear the people that work there love what they do and I always feel looked after. Great to have this place so nearby.

Won't recommend. No significant improvements from 7 laser hair removal sessions and I even had laser burns! Missed an appointment (they also did not send a reminder) and they insisted I make a new deposit (with previous deposit paid) to book another appointment. Definitely disappointed!

I had a lovely visit to the salon today. I was warmly greeted at reception and well looked after throughout, nothing was too much trouble. Kerri helped guide me towards a suitable toner colour for my hair which turned out amazing! The cut is exactly what we discussed and the overall look is just perfect! Thank you so much.

I visited the Colchester town salon a few days ago and couldn’t recommend it enough. I had brow tint and wax with Charlie and Katie for eyelash extensions who both did an incredible job! I was so pleased with the outcome of both treatments. Staff are so friendly and chatty , the salon it self is really clean and has good facilities .Prices are really good for the treatment you receive. Highly recommend to all .

I have been getting my gel nails done by Summer consistently for a year and I could not be happier with the service. Summer is so lovely, and takes so much care in her work - my nails always look immaculate and last ages. Couldn’t recommend enough!!

Started going to Summer at Brown & White for gel nails in April 2022 and would use anyone else. I find the staff friendly, and as soon as I walk in the door, Summer is ready for me. We have built up a great relationship and the 45 minutes flies by (includes removal).

Justine did my Botox and lip filller - absolutely fab so pleased, really reasonably priced and the girls on reception were lovely and welcoming. I was recommended by a friend and will be recommending them on.
