Nail Bar

Was my first time going there and getting my nails done and in looove with the outcome!!! So happy with how they look

The nails are done well .
However on behalf of my mixed race daughter awaiting to have them done . I have to speak up .
A couple of black ladies including my daughter awaiting nails .
A white lady came in and was served right away without waiting ahead of those already waiting .

Rudeness by female staff in her manner .Who eventually sorted my daughter .

As a mother Im Not happy to hear this . Lets hope these matters are addressed by management .

I have been a loyal customer for the last 3 years because of the service I received the first time. However, last week I was greatly disappointed with the customer service when I walked into the shop. No hello, what can we do for you? Nothing! The ambience was dark and heavy- not welcoming at all! I began to explain what I was there for and was just told to sit down. I wasn’t given a waiting time or anything! Very disorganised system of dealing with customers. I ended up leaving and going to Harvey nails to get my nails done where I got them done in a short time where staff were friendly and welcoming.
I am writing this review as feedback more than a complaint. The management need to sort out a more organised ticketing system such as online booking- I know a guy that can help you with this. This would avoid the complaints I’ve read on previous reviews.
On another note, I find it unfortunate that the owner only responds to bad reviews in defence to their actions and not really try to put themselves in shoes of the person complaining. The worst part is that good reviews don’t receive a response of thanks either.

I’ve been coming here for about 3/4 years now. I refuse to go anywhere else. These guys are absolutely the best at what they do. I usually see Daisy, just because she always knows what I want and how I like them, but nothing is too much hassle for anyone else in there anyway so I never have a problem seeing someone else when Daisy isn’t in. They’re all fabulous, friendly, never make you feel like what you’re asking is a pain. You will get a queue because they’re busy, and they’re busy because people would rather wait around than go elsewhere. If you don’t like to wait around then call and book an appointment! I always book an appointment and I’m always seen within 10 mins of waiting. It’s the best nail shop in Harlow hands down. Thank you all so much 🤍

I ve been using the Nail Bar for years and they never disappoint. Friendly stuff, great service and amazing nails.

I never usually write reviews, but in this case I really feel like I have to. I got my nails done by Danny, who was lovely, funny and professional. I got this really cool flame design with acrylics and gel polish and, two weeks later, they look as good now as they did when I first got them done. I work at a pub and I handle drinks, clean and wash up every day, but my nails have kept pristine. Moreover, I don't think that I have ever received as many compliments as I have in the past 2 weeks. Every single shift I get at least 5-10 compliments, and at least 1 person asking where I got my nails done and if they could take a picture. I love them! TL;DR, GO to this nail salon!

Friendly staff. Waited 45 minutes to have my nails done but it was Christmas eve eve so I thought that was great tbh. Nails look lovely. Little pricey tho but all nail bars are now. I will be using them again.
