After using Acacia for 15 plus years I have had to cancel my appointment due to ill health. Acacia have taken the full amount of the treatment from my bank account. I now realise it their policy to do this but it would have been nice to know beforehand so I could have found someone to fill the appointment and avoid being charged full price for a treatment not received. Will not be coming back and will not be recommending. Very disappointed
