Absolutely shocking customer service skills and attitude. I've used this place many times before having my daughter in 2020, I started using the other place inside after my daughter due to having the pram with me after this for tinting my brows. However today I thought as I didn't have the pram I'd revisit this place to have tinting/waxing done. I was asked if I was a customer of theirs, which I replied I was a while back, but not recently, but had had tinting done 6-8 weeks ago. She raised her eyebrows at me when she couldnt find my details simply by searching "amber" on her ipad and breaking GDPR by showing me other customers details! I'd explained they would have my details there if they searched my full name or email/telephone number she kept saying "I dont think so" as if I would lie? If she wanted to patch test, or not do the tint that would have been fine - but there was no need for the attitude at all or to insinuate that I was a liar or question why I had recently used the other brow place indoors, like I couldn't use other places if I wanted to? I used the other place for convenience with the pram, as I can't get the pram inside their small shop. As explained today, don't want my business, don't have it. Walked out. Don't treat me with that rudeness and attitude and still get my money. No thanks!
