Really friendly and welcoming service! Very pleased with the process and outcome of my LVL lash lift and tint! Would make this my regular beauty salon and explore different treatments!

Booked an appointment for midday today online....didn't get an acknowledgement so tried to telephone on landline and mobile all morning... no-one picked up. Arrived 3 minutes late for appointment and the place was shut! Something clearly went wrong somewhere.... now have disappointed daughter going to a formal dinner tonight.

Alexa and her team are amazing. They are always friendly and welcoming. I always feel very relaxed and never self conscious even with the most delicate and intimate treatments. Would always highly recommend especially Alexa. I’ve been going for 7 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I have had various treatments at Alexas and they have all been professional, and of high quality. The staff are friendly, booking is simple, and the foot massage when you have a pedicure is to die for. Facials and massages are so relaxing. I can not recommend highly enough.

Alexa is absolutely great, always friendly and professional. Her place is clean, small but cozy. Best place in Taunton also for value for money. I go there every month and, absolutely highly recommended.

I was quite nervous to try out eyelash extensions for the first time and I’m so happy that I decided to go to Alexa. Being a natural redhead with blonde eyelashes she talked me through the options I had and what would work best for me. She’s so friendly and welcoming and checks every time that I’m happy with the lashes themselves as well as the length. I especially appreciate this as I have anxiety so it’s rare that I feel entirely relaxed. She’s able to give you lots of tips on how to make them last the best that they can as well as discussing other treatments such as a lash lift and tint to see if something else may suit you better. The lashes are absolutely beautiful and I’ve gone from not even wearing mascara on a daily basis to being obsessed with the lash extensions. The treatment rooms are always spotless and well decorated too. She also has a range of other treatments that she offers, as well as being situated minutes from the town centre so it’s perfect if you need to pop in to do a bit of shopping anyway or work in town. All of this for such good prices too! I would highly recommend Alexa! :)
