Had an amazing pedicure today with Joanne, not only thorough but most enjoyable too! Left feeling like I floated out of there! No hard skin left, polish is so neat and tidy!

Jordyn was so lovely and friendly as were the other ladies on the reception. I absolutely loved my acrylic nails and the colour is amazing. I've already booked to come back and I simply can't wait!

Joana is a waxing god sent from the heavens above to ensure that us ladies have a comfortable and as pain free as possible experience.

I had laser hair removal on my face and neck. Now am left with 2 burn marks on my neck! Definitely would not recommend this place for laser hair removal. Unfortunately I was not able to differentiate between a burn mark and pigmentation, as it was my first time doing the laser and was told before treatment that only my skin colour would change and would not burn me, so was not able to inform right after treatment but I have went to another clinic, that confirmed that it was a laser burn marks. Went in for a review and one of the beautician double checked and said it was their fault and said I will be able to get a refund back , however when talking to the manager they said it was not and would not give a refund back as I was to late inform them! They are unable to accept what they have done and tried to provide discount and another treatment, so they don’t give me my refund back.

Gloriously friendly staff and impeccably clean, super modern sunbeds. Just a lovely chilled place.
