The Urban Body Bar

I went in for the men's manicure, pedicure, massage and facial. I would thoroughly recommend the Urban Body Bar for everyone but especially men. I was made to feel relaxed and comfortable. The staff were really friendly and made me feel at ease. I enjoyed my treatments and will certain visit again, especially for a facial!

Poor service, appaling customer service and bad attitude. They made a mistake in my booking.
Got the worst pedicure of my life.
You have the nerve to lie about the whole thing. Well good luck with your business you'll need.

I am regular customer of urban body bar. Their service is amazing normally. But there prices are not very clear. Went for pedicure, which is normally £32 as per their website/ leaflet. But I was charged £42. When I asked, the lady told me there is additional £10 charge if the nail paint which got removed was not done by them. So there is extra charge if that was applied by any other saloon. That does not make any sense to me at all.

Also if anyone want hair color, the price does not include wash after that. There is additional £10 in original price for wash and rough dry, which is bit odd. Felt bit ripped off.

100% amazing! I was searching for a few treatments and found this salon. I was really impressed with the website and when I arrived I was greeted very nicely.
Dominick did all my treatments and I wasn’t disappointed! She was lovely and very professional and great at her job!

My local, beloved beauticians! Lovely decor and very close to Rayners Lane Station.
Extremely helpful, efficient, polite, friendly and accommodating staff! Nothing is too much trouble for these ladies.
They offer an ever expanding list of services:-
Nails, waxing, threading, various massages, including head, non-surgical weight loss and face lifts.
And there's a busy independent hairdresser in-house as well.
All in all an excellent place!

I booked in for a Hydro facial and must say was absolutely delighted with the results ! Had my second one done there yesterday by a lovely lady and she knew what she was doing . Will be booking my third with them . Highly recommend this salon to anyone who is thinking of having a Hydro facial!

I used this salon twice.First for facial which was alright but body massage was poor complete waste of money and time. I have undergone body massage many places this was the worst one I ever experienced. My arms feet, neck and stomach was left unattended and on request the lady Pauline did quick feet massage. I requested for firm massage which was no where close and she had no idea of pressure points. She left me go worse, will never go for the body massage as sheer waste of money.
