Waxing very quick and relatively pain free and spray tan was excellent. Lovely friendly staff, cosy premises and great individual treatment. Will definitely be back to try future treatments.

I've been a few times and the staff are really lovely and helpful, the rooms are appropriate and modest, the service is wonderful. I would definitely recommend them; shame there's no parking for customers and even though there is some free parking around I advise caution as the signs can be confusing and I know people who have been caught out. Pay and display are nearby or walk in and float back after a lovely massage :)

The beauty service I paid for was awfully done and painful. I emailed to discuss it with them and they said the beautician didn't notice any issues, dismissing everything I said. Also, this "salon" is a converted flat. I was shown into what looked liked someone's living room with a makeshift reception area, with only one member of staff, not wearing any shoes. Felt unprofessional.

Honestly the best facial I've ever had, and I have really sensitive skin. Walked out of there feeling so happy and pampered. Chelsea was so professional and did a fantastic job with everything. Absolutely going back for all my salon needs.
