Chelsea was absolutely AMAZING. Not only brilliant at her job as my brows have never looked so good. But moreover, an absolute gem of a person: kind, generous, gentle, funny. What more could you ask? Having been previously experienced great service, I attended the Benefit counter today. But because they were so unhelpful I walked away annoyed, not having bought anything or getting the eyebrow wax I wanted and also as a result I have no intention of returning to that counter.

I have been getting my brows done for years but I am rather specific with how I like them. Chelsea is always a dream, she listens to exactly what you want, shows you every step throughout the process, makes sure everything is super sanitary and makes you feel so at ease!

I’m very precious of my eyebrows and have only ever shaped them myself. I decided to get them waxed on a whim whilst shopping in Boots and to say I was impressed is an understatement. Chelsea was absolutely lovely and chatty as well as being professional throughout. Cannot recommend enough! 5⭐️
