I love this place, always happy and friendly always happy to help as I work alot and they fitted me in at short notice for my nails and a pedicure

I have been going to this nail bar for almost 2 years they are such lovely and friendly people, i have always taken care of me and i didnt like my nails or my feet they would fix it with no problems at all, i always greet me at the door and when i leave,

They always go the extra mile for and i am so greatful for all they do for me.

I highly recommend this nail bar 1000 percent dont knock it before you try it

I usually never leave a negative review for any business but I've been left very disappointed by the service I've received this afternoon.
After being a loyal customer for years I will not be returning here
This is meant to be a £30 SNS nail dip service and a special treat for me as I have a baby and don't get "me" time very often.
The guy who did this had to be reminded to paint my nails twice as he kept missing to put the top coat on as he kept rubbing his eyes and he looked like he was about to collapse. I even asked him if he was OK at one point and he could take a break if he wasn't feeling well!

I live in Ashford and tried afew nail bars I'm so so glad I tried luxury nails this is the best in town I will not be going anywhere else the owners are lovely very welcoming highly recommend.

I used to use this place all the time before the owners changed ! My nails used to last 3 weeks and perfect but since changing ownership they havent lasted yet they use the same products and polish so its definitely the way its applied ! My nails chip within a few days and i get breakage within a week ! The staff there is very nice though , i cant fault it but i need nails to last as i cant keep popping back to town and pay parking everytime to get them fixed! I have work/kids etc..
