Shannen is most deserving of her reputation as something of a 'lash queen'. I've had LVL and the result she delivers is stunning. I was equally impressed by a recent callous foot peel and pedicure. She is experienced, knowledgeable and passionate about what she does, and she does it well. Beauty Spa offers an extensive treatment menu (which I will no doubt work my way through) and all at a competitive price. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this 'little gem' of a Salon in the heart of Canterbury.

Amazing lashes by Shannen. As a contact lens wearer I'm surprised I cant feel them at all which has been my experience with any other lash technician previously. Also indulged in acupuncture with Adrian, never tried it before but loved it. Suffering with a lot of upper body tension causing regular headaches an migraines. Didn't feel the needle inserts except 1 an that wasn't painful at all, a little pressure only. Adrian is very warm an inviting and I felt very relaxed in her care. Could have easily fallen asleep and then start all over again! Loved the character of the building, with a clean chic decor which felt open an calming during my treatments.

I would highly recommend Shannen. She's very good at what she does. Shannen has been doing my eyelashes for a long time now and I have never had any problems. She's very good with her customers.

Managed to track Shannen down after a few years and booked back in for a deep tissue massage. Absolutely 1st class service and have already booked back in for more treatment.
