Ms Perfect

Been going to Ms perfect for almost a year now, the service is amazing each staff member makes my eyebrows look amazing! Highly recommend coming to them! Seema is very good at recommending what is best for my eyebrows from the shape to the tint colour!

I walked in today to get a gel removal and reapplied on my toes, the lady said £22 for gel and removal £2.50 and she said she can do it immediately. Seemed like a good deal so I said okay and sat on the chair. Unfortunately the final result is very poor, it looks like a 12 year old did my nails, the execution is subpar, it looks terrible she ruined my square shape too. And when it came to payment I was asked if I had put the gel with them and I said no so they had to charge extra which they did not let me know at the beginning they asked me that at the end so ended up paying £27 for a terrible job. I certainly do not feel enticed to visit again and it’s a shame as it is local to me. Cherry on top the lady kept coughing and seemed unwell and I know mask is not mandatory anymore but after everything if you are unwell put a mask on instead of coughing all over your customers.

This was my first time waxing at Ms Perfect and only my second time having a body wax!
I was served by Alka and she was AMAZING. Very welcoming, warm and friendly. She honestly made it a wonderful experience and was very thorough, which I highly appreciated. Thank you 😊

I had a Brazilian wax and under arm wax. Alka, my aesthetician was very professional, and friendly. She made me feel so comfortable 😌. I am very happy with my service and will return for Alka's services.

Got SNS extensions fixed here and though they looked nice initially, they weren't well done as half the lot popped off within the first week. Worst part was I then had to pay to get the remaining taken off. Won't be back.

Edit to add response: I did call to discuss the condition of the nails and was asked to come in, then asked to pay for the removal. Not sure if it's a genuine mixup on your end but I've never been for waxing, only attended twice to fix and remove the nails.

- Hybrid lashes
Lashes were okay, started coming off soon and for some lashes 4-5 of them were just glued onto one lash so made it so heavy. Wasn’t the best at all for the price. Lady was nice though.

My friend went to this salon and I was with her. She had booked a deluxe pedicure- which she had. At the end of the treatment they then ended up making her pay nearly £50 which she tried to refuse to pay as the one she had seen online was £30(plus £5 for removal). It is unacceptable and there was no manager to help. I would never recommend this service and felt it is a big scam.

Love coming hear from Essex proper old school luxury manicure and pedicure no excessive drilling on your nail just how i like it. Self care!
