we went in with a friend of mine on a Friday afternoon to get our nails done. the place was quite busy and they were running late with our booked appointment. the woman that ended up doing our nails first made them supped bubbly and uneven and then was really unhappy about having to do them again and therefore asked a gentleman to finish the nails. thats 2 hours in and after BUTCHERING my fingers! we are visibly preggo and the whole fumed horrific experience made us both sick. to top things off instead of apologising and reducing the price - THEY CHARGED US DOUBLE as the woman insisted that she did my manicure - well see for yourself - this is the day after photo. I look like I contracted some major infection and my cuticles were RIPPED off... well done for charging double - neither my friend nor me are EVER coming back again. I will make sure that all my friends are warned as well....

Despite the other reviews I think this place is great! Yes you sometimes have to wait but they always accommodate walk ins and they are amazing at what they do and at a brilliant price for the area.

My gel polish always lasts at least 2 weeks and I'm a prolific nail biter!

Had a pedicure this afternoon by Lizzie and it was brilliant. I've genuinely never seen my feet look like this!

I have been to this place many times - it is generally hit and miss. Last time I had a booking but they made me wait for 45 minutes without any explanation or an apology. My nails were done beautifully though! This time with a booking I was attended to straight away, but I could have done a better job myself! Shellac spread all over my fingers and lasted for 1 day before it started catching! I sent them an email with pictures 4 days ago - still no reply from them!

This is a terrible salon, the nail technician kept tutting at me. Also I only went in for an £18 infill and they charged me £26 because I had gel! I ask the tech when I was choosing my colour if the colour was just nail varnish and she replied yes!!
This is the second time, they lied to me in a visit and both times charged more than expected.
They are very crafty and don't tell you up front about what the cost is if you have a particular varnish, they then hit you at the end with amount so you have to pay!!
My nails were not done very well either, they were rushed uneven and cut far too short!!
I will be advising all my friends to stay away from salon as it is run by greedy money grabbing badly trained nail techs

Unfortunately I had to leave before my treatments ... I asked if any availability for nails and a pedicure the lady was quite rude and said OK as if I was causing an inconvenience... she asked me to wait I asked to see the colours whilst I waited ... she explained someone else is looking I said no worries could I be next... After 20 mins I had to ask again to see the colours to the teenager at reception who was unable to smile she finally got me them... 45 mins later and 2 customers came in after and went before me no appointment but perhaps it was because I wanted a pedicure... not 1 member of staff spoke to me just strange looks so I was pleased I didn't spend my money here and walked around the corner with such a lovely service and they helped choose colours explained prices and no appointment was needed!

It is my favourite place for manicure, pedicure and wax. Excellent and professional service and at the same time so kind. The perfect mix.

The woman who did my nails was incredibly rude, abrupt and aggressive with me. She made it very clear she had better places to be and did not want to do my nails from the get go. I showed her what I wanted and she told me “no, too ugly”. I was quite shocked, considering I’m paying for MY nails to be done, not hers! She proceeded to do her own style on me saying it would help my fingers look “slimmer” - ERR WHAT?! She continuously pulled and twisted my fingers in such an aggressive manner, huffing and puffing at me. She filed my own nails down so thin that for two weeks after my nails were hurting - definitely not normal. I was too shocked to even comment, I just wanted the experience over with. In the end I paid for horrid nails I didn’t want and she had the audacity to tell me how I could tip her! TIP!!! Please please please avoid this place!

Really rushed experience lady was so rough with ne and pulling my hands hard towards her, filed my nails down to the stub without even asking me. Left loads of nail varnish on my skin after the treatment and there is hairs trapped in the gel, won’t be going again
