Shabby looking place which should have tipped me off. I can only guess the other reviews here are from the owners. I had a series of red vein treatments over the course of three months as part of a Groupon deal. I was told by the in-house doctor in the last appointment that the treatment had been inappropriate for my veins (I had seen no improvements) so I'd basically wasted my time and money. I was expected to pay for this new advice and the alternative treatment offered. As I wanted the veins gone before the summer I had the treatment. This left me with bright red scars that I had to cover up for the rest of the summer. The salon originally agreed (in person)to refund my money because of the scarring but as the payment was made through Groupon, the salon is now refusing to help and refusing to answer. I will pursue my claim and am currently taking legal advice - in the meantime I have posted this to warn anyone else against this salon.

Located near South Woodford station, Pure Medi Spa is my first stop when my skin is in need of some TLC. I found the two therapists to be very professional and knowledgeable. Jovita is amazing and experienced, always willing to give advice and recommend the best suitable beauty procedure for my skin.
The salon is nice, clean and welcoming.
They are reasonably priced too and very flexible with booking times.
I can not recommend them enough.

Really nice clinic close to South Woodford station. I've been doing the Coax skin tightening and cavitation treatments on abs and inner thighs post massive weight loss and have had incredible results, very happy with them, specially considering the price. The therapist, Jovita, is super nice, diligent and knowledgeable about treatments and what to expect. Very accommodating and easy to contact. Got to know them through Groupon and stayed for the results. I would recommend to a friend.

First time visiting this place- a cold reception from the beginning to the end (I assume because I used a Groupon voucher). But then why even advertise treatments on Groupon if you are going to punish customers for using them? The Russian Lady who did my treatment was rude and neglectful from the start (I think she was Russian from her accent). This made my experience very uncomfortable, and made me feel extremely unwelcome - especially disappointed by the fact I had travelled several miles to get here (after seeing good reviews online and on Groupon). Won’t be visiting again, and recommend that you do not either - especially if you are planning on using a Groupon Voucher, as you will be mistreated.

I have been coming to this salon for radio frequency and IPL for several months and I am so happy with the treatments. You can see that Jovita is really passionate about her work and about giving her clients the best service possible. The salon is clean and a really relaxing place to be!

The place was very friendly, clean and tidy and the staff was professional, kind and she knew exactly what was doing.I have never had any issues to contact them on their landline or to leave message on the mobile. I had microdermabrasion procedures then I continued with chemical peeling -happy at all and my skin is bright, smooth and looks younger.Definitely recommend!

I have been coming to Pure Medi for years for a variety of different treatments, I’m always happy with the results and the professionalism of the beauty therapist. A very comfortable and welcoming spa. Always a pleasure!

I was purified here to the boiling point by fractional distillation and other separation techniques. The experience was very unique. Thank you for the cookies!
