This is my go to place for shellac manicures and pedicures. Their colour selection is wide and it's applied well and lasts ages!

States open today at 9. Closed all day so I went somewhere else 😤

REALLY BAD, do NOT go here!! They should not be using the machine to scrape the nail, it should be soaked and gently scraped with a special tool. They absolutely RUINED my nails and I have ridges everywhere from where they scraped the nail so hard. I could not see the damage until after the colour was taken off! They are not cheap either so save yourself a heartache and go somewhere else. Superdrug nail bar gave me a really professional service for the same price plus advise on getting my nails back to normal. Seriously AVOID xx

this is the worst salon i have ever been to !! i got my nails done a couple of weeks ago literally the day i went on holiday. i was on crutches and my usual salon is next door but upstairs so i went to this one instead. she welcomed me in and quoted me £50 for gel on my toes and gel colour and acrylic on my hands. i left the salon and shortly after realised something wasn't right. this "nail technician" obliterated my cuticles, painted my hands and feet 2 different colours and completely messed up the shape and polish on both my hands and feet. i couldn't go back to the salon as i was already on my way to my holiday so i called and tried to find any contact information i could. nothing. the phone number, email anything doesn't work. my nails came off within the week and when i went back after my holiday and politely asked for a refund she said it's been a week i should have come back earlier. she offered me only a £10 refund from the £50 i paid as my toes were okay and she couldn't refund me as i could have done it myself.

please look at the pictures attached and i hope you take my advice and no one goes here. also if anyone could tell me how i could report her for unsatisfactory services and hurting me??
