What a great experience I had at Naina’s. I had a manicure and my eyebrows threaded by Priya. As it was my first time ever getting beauty treatments done she made me feel extremely comfortable and welcome. She done a fantastic job on my brows and I will 100% be returning frequently!

About 6 weeks ago I went in for a hot wax. It was honestly probably one of the worst wax I've had. The lady told me that my hair is really hard to get rid of and that I needed to stop sweating as she couldn't take the hair out properly. I felt as though she was putting the blame on me, when really she couldn't do her job properly. She used hot wax on my armpits and I still have dark circles in the shape of the wax that she used because it was too hot when she applied it onto my armpit. Avoid at all costs!!!

I went for a wax today to the salon opposite and she had absolutely no problem with getting rid of my hair!

Threading; Very clearly asked to keep my shape of brows, just a clean up. Twice I’ve asked to keep my brows thick and to NOT touch the ends. The lady threading completely ignored my requests and took hairs away that shaped the tip of my eyebrow. Classic mistake that has happened before hence my very clear request. It takes forever to grow so she has messed me up for the month. Additionally she added arches on the bottom of my brows making them look over plucked.

When I told her, she proceded to tell me it was already that way. Not happy, will not be coming back

So professional and friendly. The best manicure and pedicure you can ever have the massage at the end is heavenly. And NO DRILLS USED!!
So thankful to have Naina’s on my doorstep :)

Really happy with the treatments I had, pedicure was very thorough and eyebrow threading just as I wanted. Will be returning in a few weeks.

Priya is the most amazing eyebrow threader ever, and that’s coming from a lifetime Londoner who has had her fair share of trying Central London salons! The nail technician called Neeta (Greek girl) was also absolutely amazing and better quality than places in central London. Can’t wait to go back!!!

My girlfriend had a Hollywood wax here today and had a very bad experience. Firstly, the beautician did not ask whether she wanted hot wax or strip wax. Secondly, the beautician was also very rough and did not make her feel at ease. When the beautician asked if the wax was too hot, my girlfriend responded yes. Despite this, the beautician tested the wax on her arm and said it wasn’t hot and then proceeded to use the wax. Not only was this unhygienic, but shows that the beautician didn’t take into account that the skin in different areas has different levels of sensitivity. Due to this, she now has burn marks in very sensitive areas. Overall this has been a very negative and painful experience.
