Had 1ml dermal filler in my lips 2 weeks ago today and when I left they looked great but they now look the same as if I had no filler. The girl who did them was lovely and the staf very welcoming but very disappointed to pay for a treatment to only have it last TWO WEEKS!! 😕

UPDATE: I'm sure this place has seen my review and not ONE PERSON has called me to talk about it just goes to show how bad this place is AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!

Day 4, had my lips plumped Thursday afternoon 13th December, I absolutely love them, the beautiful lady who did them (so sorry I forgot your name) was amazing, no pain at all, she said there might be bruising, no bruising at all, have been a few times to different clinics, but didn’t get the results I got here, of course I will be returning, can’t wait, I personally would highly recommend. 5 STARS from me. 💯👏🏻

I almost never post reviews but I had to post one for this salon. The staff were super friendly when I walked in, especially the two receptionists. The first time I went here, it was my first time trying any kind of tanning. They were super helpful in explaining everything and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. I came back in today, and they were super friendly and helpful again. Definitely check out this salon for all your different needs!

Came here for ombre nail extensions and as you can see from the photo, my nails look beautiful, but the skin around them is an absolute mess. Never had this experience before! So disappointed that they look so rough and ugly.

The person who did them seemed like they were rushing and were constantly sniffing very loudly throughout, which was unpleasant and also concerning during a pandemic. I told them I wanted my nails to be relatively short and had to repeat this three or four times before giving up - the person doing them insisted I have them longer than I wanted, which was really frustrating to receive. Also the hand massage at the end was pretty much pointless: the person doing it was incredibly limp so not a massage at all.

The music was dreadful too...won't be coming back.

The staff are very unorganised in general. They didn't keep track of the power they applied to me (during my previous sessions), and the girl that was doing my treatment was rude when I asked her to explain the process (Lucy was lovely though).

I scheduled my last session with them a bit later than usual because I would be away for a while, however, they didn't take note of the day I requested. They called me on a random day, asking whether I was running late, and I apologised for the confusion and explained that I asked for my session to be booked on a different day. They didn't care and decided to cancel my session. Now I'm desperate to get a new treatment not to lose all the work that has been done.

I honestly think these guys want to get money from you, but they don't provide quality when it comes to service. This isn't something I would expect in Mayfair.

They now say I accepted the confusion was my fault. However, I can assure you I was furious on the phone. They made a mistake and recorded the wrong date and later decided to cancel my appointment when I could not turn up. Just disappointing!

Best place I’ve been hands down. I’ve now been seeing Parita for maybe over 2 years? I go to her for my Botox and fillers after having had 2 drs mess my face up Parita had to fix it. (This was prior to me even knowing she existed!) I went else where for filler on my cheeks and it was totally uneven and lop sided.
I am actually an aesthetic Practitioner myself amd should have known, as even in my practice I see a lot of clients with messed up fillers from DR’s. I find they don’t really have the artistic capability’s. Of course there is bad and good in every walk of life but that’s been my working and personal experience. she literally balanced my face back out. She also does my Botox crows feet and forehead and does an amazing job. I would never go to anyone else and can’t sing her praises enough.
Patient, kind and never tries to upsell you any thing that’s unnecessary. She is of a medical background herself but totally gets the aesthetic side not just the anatomy side of things.
Really happy I found her ;)

Genuinely the best gel mani of my life! They were able to take me at the last minute and did a fantastic job. Tons of colors, great price and great application. Thank you!

Helen and Sabina are amazing. They were so professional and introduced me, in such a friendly and warm enviroment. If I could give 10 stars I would.
