Turned up for my appointment which I paid a deposit for a week ago. I had to ask a friend for the address as it had not been sent to me although id asked the week before for it when paying the deposit. When I arrived the Door was ignored, phone was ignored, messages ignored, an hour later I receive a message to say she overslept and was sorry! I have children and I’m self employed myself so had to sort everything out for this appointment to then get “sorry I overslept” nothing to say when she could get me back in or what she would do to make it right! She clearly was not bothered at all! Very unprofessional!!! AVOID! I wouldn’t even give 1 star!!!!
