My mom had a great experience at Era Hair & Beauty, with a massage, manicure and pedicure package. Massage and pedicure was the best! Very cute and clean beauty salon with lots of services to offer. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, staff members were very polite and friendly.

I've been here twice now for a cut and my hair has been fantastic! Lovely staff and the massage chair while having your hair washed is an added bonus! Thanks for the great service ladies x

I had never been to this salon and picked it because it was close to the hotel we were staying in. So it was a bit of a gamble !!
Loved the massage chair !!! My hair was expertly washed and blow dried. I was looked after with tea & magazine. It was great that the hairdresser did not engage in talk as I like to relax when I have my hair done. The blow dry looked amazing & lasted well. Result !! :)) very pleased.

Awful experience. Staff were unwelcoming and unfriendly. I bought a three treatment package only to be told on the day that it doesn't include shellac manicure, despite nothing on the fine print. Manicure colours limited. Shoddy workmanship that left both my nails and toes smudged. Beautician cut too deeply that left me bleeding even when I returned home. Wouldn't call the experience a manicure or pedicure. Deep tissue massage did not last 30 minutes. Do not waste your money here, other places do more for cheaper.

I get my hair done here frequently, it’s is amazing I completely trust them, good friendly vibes. Arta ( hairdresser and owner) is amazing and I can’t recommend her enough

I walked in, greeted immediately with a helpful, friendly smile, they listened and offered great knowledge and advise, were able to fit me in immediately, did an amazing job with my hair, love it and the massaging chair whilst having hair washed was cherry on top! Wonderful salon and staff!!

I've been a client here from the start ( 2009). This is a very popular salon frequented not just by locals in Wandsworth but people who travel in specially for certain stylists & colour technicians. I travel from NW London but some come from overseas when they make their regular trips to the UK! Although it can get quite booked up in advance it is worth asking to be put on a call back list in the event of a client being unable to attend.
The main draw is having stylists who LISTEN to the specifics of what the client requires & will have an honest discussion of what may or may not work before any proceedure is undertaken. This is a fairly rare thing in the hairdressing world as those of us who have had to troubleshoot tonsorial disasters will testify. Be specific on your requirements & the team will aim to deliver.
Arta, who owns the salon comes from a hairdressing background so her credentials go back to her childhood, she is obviously well versed in current hairdressing trends and is a calm & assured presence in the salon.
The team take their lead from her and are long serving. Once found, people tend to stick with Era's Salon. 10 years & counting on Wandsworth Bridge Road....see you there!
