The Beauty Clinic

I have just had the best pedicure my feet feel and look amazing. My eyebrows are a really good shape and I really think they suit me. The salon is clean friendly and the products they use smell amazing and do a really good job. The staff are friendly and the choice of nail colours is great. I am so happy I have already booked a return visit for a manicure and pedicure. They are very reasonable so can be a monthly treat without breaking the bank.

Such a lovely afternoon spent at this beauty clinic today! Very attentive and professional work done. My daughter had a manicure and my Auntie of 100 years old also had one. My pedicure was the best I’ve ever had and now my feet are so smooth. My Auntie felt special and the lovely staff made her feel so welcome and cosy ❤️

The worst shellac I have ever had in my life!
My nails were not fully painted and the finish along the cuticle line bled into my skin. Shocking!

Just had a wonderful deep cleaning and brighting facial.
My face was left glowing and I felt totally relaxed upon leaving the beauty clinic.
I booked late in the day and they were very accommodating.
I will book again!!

Very kind and professional.The lady that did my bikini line waxing made me feel so comfortable, which was so important for me and she did a great job! :) I would definitely go back there!

Best beauty clinic I’ve been to by far in Kingston, price is a great value for what they offer. Customer service is great. They care very much about their customers and have great deals. There waxing skills are amazing I can definitely see a difference in my skin with there treatments.

The manager Sam is very helpful and generous!

Very poor service
I coloured my hair from there and I think they are using the low quality hair products..since my colour getting washing out whenever iam cleaning my hair …

They over charged me, and did not listen to anything I asked for, and damaged my hair.

For the consultation we agreed on the list of things that I want for my hair, however most things was not done and I was still charged for it.
The colour of my hair was completely different to what I asked for, and the hair cut again was very different to what we agreed on,
I would not recommend this place to anyone.
I’ve spent the last week or so trying to like my hair but its very bad, I need now to go to a different place to get it fixed, at the beginning I thought that’s normal how long she took but researching it now, she was training she took about 4 to 5 hours. I was told she is senor but clearly not.

I could have done a better job myself at home, don’t waste your money
