This is the worst customer service I ever had. They changed my appointment time without any confirmation and apart from that they even didn't change my appointment for another time when I asked kindly, they just wasted my time and my money. My friend had the manicure and pedicure and she said they were very unprofessional and really bad experience. Now I understand why is so cheap. I don't recommend this place at all.
They are very rude with customers, they got my money and I didn't receive my treatment, they even didn't want to refund me. Ofcourse I am not going to buy anything else with them never in my life. They don't care about customers. Worst place ever.

Great manicure and Valentina also managed to repair my nail after I caught it in a door. It looks great now! Friendly team and very welcoming. Great selection of colours too!

I visited the salon today for the first time and I am really happy! Monika was so gentle and precise when doing my nails and toes and my feet feel so soft! My lash lift looks amazing and I felt so relaxed and comfortable! I will definitely be having more treatments in the future and I 100% recommend! Thank you.

Just had my nails done at this lovely salon. Absolutely delightful women, very welcome, and an incredible shellac manicure. I think this is probably one of the best that I’ve had done in London. Her attention to detail was fantastic, and I have left with my nails, looking absolutely perfect. I am usually quite picky with my nails and I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever!! Very happy.

went to get sheilac done from here and the receptionist named Valentina is so unbelievably rude. I was 5 minutes late so she refused to let them do my pedicure or refund me any money. The ladies who actually do the nails are really nice but avoid going because the receptionist will ruin your experience.
