Really nice staff unfortunatly my Hollywood wax was very patchy, it was my first so assumed that was normal whent back for a follow up and the wax I received was worse the second time, I had to call the lady back in to take off allot of hair that had been missed, after it was still patchy . The third time I went was the worst of the three extremely patchy with lots of hair left especially around the most intimate area which looked super wierd. I have been growing out for a long while now and had an UNREAL amount of ingrown hairs. I've never suffered with them like this from any shaving or the previous two waxes. I'm currently visiting the walk in centre as two have become badly infected and swollen my entire intimate area is basically a cyst and I believe it's a direct result of the poor treatment I received. I would not recommend this place and be careful about who you choose as I don't feel I was looked after.

The professionals at The Beauty Room make you feel so welcome and relaxed. Some places you may feel awkward going in on your own but not Beauty Rooms. The treatment I had, I've been twice now and booked for next week too have been back,neck and shoulder massage. You feel so relaxed and back neck and shoulders feel so loose. Thank you ladies.
