Alexandra did my manicure and she was amazing, quick yet very detailed and careful, she was also lovely to talk to. My nails came out exactly how I wanted them to! Extremely pleased with the service all around.

I am very particular and specific about manicures/pedicures. I get amazing manicures/pedicures at my go-to place in New York City. Yet—hands down—this is the best service that I have ever received. Nails and Brows is truly exceptional.

This was my first visit to Nails & Brow, I saw Imogen for a shellac manicure and pedicure. This was the best manicure and pedicure I have ever had, all the products used were amazing, there were ample colours to choose from and it was such a lovely atmosphere. Shabinaz is such a lovely person as well as a highly skilled and capable eyebrow therapist. She always takes her time with me to listen, advise and carry out the eyebrow shape. She is a magician and works wonders with my dishevelled brows and I come out with perfect brows each time. I feel like she really takes her time and works away at the shape
Until it is exactly right. I have 100% faith in her judgement and abilities - I always feel like I am in good and safe hands. I’ve been with her for several years and wouldn’t want anyone else!

I had a wonderful experience. I was nervous before going but Rebecca on Reception and Shreya who gave my eyebrows a make over was super reassuring. Really happy with my eyebrows and would absolutely recommend Nails & Brows.

I've had the most pleasant experience at Nails & Brows Mayfair, where I had a manicure done just recently. I can highly recommend Cecilia, who is an experienced and skilled specialist. The manicure - both the process and the outcome - was of high standard, and the service was efficeint and enjoyable.

Last time I have booked my Eyebrows appointment with them I had a bad experience. The beautician I have booked the appointment with was late 20 minutes. When it came my time they assigned another beautician pretending it was the same beautician I have booked the appointment with , but it was not as she is East Asian and I have booked my eyebrows before and I know her. When I went inside the room for doing my eyebrows, I saw her with another client that came 10 minutes after me. I really don’t like this kind of favouritism!!!
