I got my hair cut and highlight done at Neelam which was done professionally. I had lots of compliments on the way it was done and I was pleased with the result. I would also recommend for facial by Neelam as it meets my expectation.

I have been coming to Beauty by Neelam for years, the service is absolutely brilliant and the staff are very friendly- honestly would not go anywhere else! I have been getting laser done here and I am more than happy with the results. I also get waxing and eyebrows done too, I am always treated with the upmost professionalism. Wish I could rate higher than 5 stars - highly recommend!

Such an amazing salon They did an ombré on my hair and it was absolutely perfect. Their prices are very much affordable and I would definitely come here again to get my hair done :) Service and salon are up to standards and very good customer service. I also come here to get my eyebrows done and I must say they thread eyebrows better than any other place and it is very affordable. Full legs wax is £15 and are totally worth it . They get the job done efficiently, professionally and effectively showing optimal results. I would Recommend this place to every women.

I've been having laser hair treatment at Neelam's and it's honestly life changing. I wish I had started it years ago. Neelam was very good at advising me about the process and the results have been great. I highly recommend Neelam's for laser hair removal.

Totally Disappointing!!!

I went to this salon to have a dry layered cut. The lady who did my cut had no skills of a professional cut & ended up just doing a simple trim of my hair. They do not accept card & charge a big amount for a simple cut than other salons in the vicinity.

Threading and waxing was very bad and harsh treatment. Even after telling it’s hurting still treatment wasn’t good and literally got rash after waxing. Also while getting threading done many times skin came into thread and got hurt. As Compare to charges service isn’t worth at all. It was my first time visiting them but Very disappointed.

I've been going to this salon for years now and cannot recommend it enough.
The staff are always very polite, friendly and professional and always put you at ease, regardless of what you are having done.
