Pct Salon Beauty & Nails

I came here in November to do my nails. I had a really good experience with the nail tech called Laura, she was very kind, very patient and did an excellent job on my nails. She was much better than the place in Catford where i usually did my nails. Great job and all for a decent price. Ask for Laura if you go to get you're nails done there.

PS: The only thing I don't like about this place is the fact that they don't have a website or a social media presence, which could really help their business. But oh well, I'm still quite impressed.

Absolute worst service, workers cannot communicate in English and charged £12 for a cowboy job. Nails were wobbly. They pretty much rushed everything and damaged my nails.

Nails, nails, nails, ok so the staff here can be a little difficult to communicate what you want, however they are patient and do get there in the end with a little persistence.

They are always quick and do a good job, I've never had a nail fall off when these guys do them. Every other place outside Peckham seems to be unable to master the art of making the nails stay on me.

Overall a good experience, never had much of an issue except when trying to select a more unusual colour.

Absolutely terrible Customer experience to be avoided at all costs !!!! nail technicians cannot communicate in full English sentences, nail technicians begin cutting your nails without asking you if you would like your nails long or short as if it's a free service staff are rude and cannot answer simple questions about the quality of nail varnish polish and how long it has been used . They finally even ignored me ladies name is Fang I believe
. second shop besides does not have a shop name but they are exchanging services for money without a trading name place needs to be closed down or atleast investigated thoroughly by an ombudsman or trading standards cheap labour is no service will be taking this complaint before they affect more customers they need us more then we need them FACT !!

The colour was nice yea but the lady did not know how to do her job I'm sorry. My nails are supposed to be coffin shaped and they look like chewing gum shaped nails. I will never ever go there again .

THE WORST PLACE IVE EVER HAD MY NAILS DONE.

They charged me £20 for gel nail polish without acrylics when it said on the board £15. No conversation just an argument about how I was paying £20 and nothing else and how Im lucky its a good deal.
I got them done on Thursday, 4 were really badly chipped by Saturday. When I went back the woman redid the 4 nails, but her attitude was absolutely terrible, very aggressive and rude - when I told her that if the other nails started to come off I would be back straight away to get her to take it all off and give me my money back. To this she just started packing up her table and shouting something to her co workers who all turned to look at me.

The next day 3 more nails were chipped and two of the ones she had replaced had already started to come off.

I now can't get back to the salon (as I don't live nearby and have to work all weekend) so have lost £20 and have to walk around with nails that would've been better if I'd done them myself.

Allways fully Stocked & open until 8pm Monday to Saturday Sunday until 6pm

I went to get my old acrilics removed and new ones replaced with a gel finish. The service was quick, professional and of good quality. Upon completion I was even given a oil treatment and hand massage at no extra cost. Amazing!
