I've had several treatments which were good, but in particular the Indian Head Massage was excellent. The owner's customer service is outstanding, as she is so friendly and professional. Prices of treatments are also very reasonable. Would highly recommend to others.

I went to get my hair and nails done. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. My hair colour came out amazing will defiantly be returning. Thanks again for the amazing service.

Try to get feather haircut with front side layer settings. She short my hair more than i told her and cutting was awful. I was literally crying that why I decide to visit this salon. She did not use any shampoo to wash my hair instead of it she just rinse wet them with water but she was pretending that she washed them properly. The lady who cut my hair was not fully trained for hair cutting. If you love your hair please don't go there. No punctuality of time.

I inquired about a neck, shoulder, and upper back massage. They offered it to me right there and then which I was really happy about so I said yes. I then was sat in a chair waiting for 30 minutes. I didn't want to wait that long and wanted to walk away, but I thought I would be polite and wait. I was taken down stairs to a small, cold, bright, dirty little room for my massage. The lady then watched me undress and told me to lay down on the dirty massage bed that had make up stains on it. I asked her for a clean cloth to place over it. She then put down paper towels for me so my face wouldn't touch the dirt. All you want to do is relax and unwind with a nice massage. But the lights weren't turned down and there was no relaxing music. The door wasn't closed so I could hear the mother talking on the phone upstairs. It just wasn't relaxing at all. Then she started to massage me which was so weird. I asked her if she had been trained and she immediately said yes. If you had a customer ask you that, wouldn't you then tell them where you've been trained and what in to assure them that they are in good hands? It was not professional at all and I got no benefit from it. I actually wanted to walk out but I thought I would give them a chance as every small business has struggled. But the more it went on the more I knew she lied and has not been trained in massage. She had no idea what she was doing, no deep tissue massage, I suffer from a knot in my shoulder and she didn't even pick up on that. I wanted that massaged so I could feel comfortable. But it was just awful. I even asked her to press harder but that still didn't improve anything. Then all of a sudden after 10-15 minutes she gently slapped me and said all done. I couldn't believe it. What a waste of time that was. Then they charged me £25 for something I got no benefit at all from! $25! I was livid! I was thinking how I would love to spend a day getting a massage, pedicure, manicure, and even my hair done, but looking around their salon while I was waiting changed my mind because it was so dirty. I had to pay cash and as I was waiting for my £5 change from the mother, I asked her again if she's trained in massage. She then changed the subject and said that someone better at massage will be in in the next few days. I asked her again, are you trained in massage? She then hesitated, said yes, I said from where and she said Newham?! I doubted her immediately because of her body language and what I just experienced. I really didn't want to write this, but I feel ripped off and lied to. I really hope they clean their salon and get honest staff members who are trained in what they say they are. After that experience, I just don't believe it.
