This is the best salon I have ever been to. I have been coming here for a very long time and will never change to another salon.

I got my hair cut and balayage done from her today and she has done an outstanding job. My hair was pre coloured with a dark brown shade which she managed to get rid of and she managed to get it to a silver blonde shade. I am very happy with the results and highly recommend her service.
In the past I have visited Rush salon and left unhappy as they charge an extortionate amount and do not do the full job where you end up going in for the second time and pay them all over again.
Flutra in this case did it in one day with no damage, spend 8 hours until she was happy and made sure that I was happy with the results too. Can not recommend her enough.

I have been here 3 times, each time a different hair dresser has cut my hair. Each one of them has done a fantastic job!

They don’t pay attention on what they doing, ruined my haircut.

Today i went to this salon for the first time with my two daughters one 12years old and other 6 to have their hair cut. The ladies were very polite and saw my daughters on time. The lady (dont know the name)who cut their hair was very professional, she advised on what hairstyle would suit my girls and cut them accordingly. I highly recommend them. They are v professional and also v reasonable. My 12 years old loved her fringe and feathers and she doesnt stop looking in the mirror😀.

(Full body wax) it was my first time ever waxing, which I mentioned but there was no test patch done or terms and conditions given. I was not given any aftercare instructions and after a day my back and arms broke out in a rash with white heads. My ‘Hollywood’ wax left painful ingrowing hairs and spots, which I had to buy treatment for. I was a bridesmaid and had to wear a low back dress, there were burns on my back, which were pink and painful and have now left dark marks. I want a FULL refund!
