By no mean I would give this place even a one star! It was absolutely awful . I asked for a Hollywood wax, full leg wax and underarm wax. As well as eyebrow tidy and tint and upper lip treading.

Firstly. As the lady was doing my legs she was leaving bits of wax on which mean I was getting stuck to the paper towel on the plinth. I also had to point out many areas that she had missed that is on my legs, underarm and upper lip as she could not see them.
She spoke very little English which meant when I was trying to explain what I would like or any questions I had she could not answer.
I asked for an eyebrow medium brown and got a light brown because she didn't leave the tint on long enough.
She suggested to use a different wax for my underarms but did not inform me it costs more so she tried to charge me more which I refused to pay as i wasn't informed of the difference in price.
As it was my first time waxing it was quite a painful experience and the lady saying 'no pain' repeatedly did not help when it was most definitely painful!
As I was getting waxed a gentleman came in saying his daughter came to get his nails done here and someone spilled acetone on her phone and is now malfunctioning. And he was arguing with the staff over the issue. My friend went with me just to get her eyebrows done. When a staff member left to chat to her manager about the issue with the phone, the gentleman took a picture of their liability insurance (which was displayed on a certificate clearly for everyone to see). As the lady came back from the phone call she asked my friend if he took a photo of the certificate and my friend said yes, at which point she asked " why didn't you take it down then? " ... THIS Place is a joke and a waste of money. will not return and would definitely not recommend !

oh and the place was NOT the cleanest .

Have been coming here for around a year, service has gotten much worse over time. Time to change salon and spend my money elsewhere.

I used to go to this place when they first opened and they were great at first. After the first few months when i went back i had noticed that my eyebrows were two completely different shapes and sizes, one of my eyebrows also had a dent in it as too much hair had been pulled out from that area (staff didn't bother to mention the mistake made or apology). I had stopped going here after that.
However i reluctantly had to go back there recently as my new eyebrow lady was closed and i really needed to get them done. As i walked in i saw here was a new lady doing eyebrows and i was hesitant and dreading it, However i was pleasantly surprised it was a lady names Jassi and i was very happy with my eyebrows! Same shape, long and thick.
I would recommend getting your eyebrows done by Jassi although i wouldn't recommend getting your hair done here as i didn't really agree with the advice that was being given to the lady that was getting her hair dyed and complaining about the burning itching sensation she seemed to be experiencing

Would give 0 stars if I could. Went in to get bangs cut and showed the lady two pictures multiple times and still didn’t get them right. I cried in the shop and had a mental breakdown in front of her. I’m so embarrassed and disgusted and she was so rude that she kept pushing my mums hand away when she was trying to show her the pictures on her phone. “I know what I’m doing” she said, but now I really wish that place was closed. Unprofessional lady in the glasses and short hair.

Customer service is appalling! I would never go back there nor recommend it.

Whilst doing my eyebrows the employee Aisha stopped doing my eyebrows half way to answer her mobile phone. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Whilst getting waxed by another employee. Aisha then takes my waxing lady out also rushing her to wax me to for her to lift boxes from the owners husband! I felt uncomfortable as now Aisha has to continue my waxing. Not only that ... the other employee opened the door to speak to each. (Bearing in mind I'm not wearing clothes and laying on the bed)

Felt uncomfortable, not at ease. I was told "don't worry you are sweet we are all ladies"
(Clearly they don't understand the point)

What kind of customer service is this? Just to let you know customer service is key. I rather pay more to my salon in my area and get an amazing service than pay for a cheap price.
I left feeling sh!t, uncomfortable and I will NEVER return.

Wasted my money and time for a service that made me feel on edge.

On the other hand, unhygienic salon, toilet was just hideous smelt like sewage. (Rubbish bin in there)

Very rude and careless staff no sense of customer care
Quoting wrong price
Changing prices on the day of treatment
Saying the leaflet with prices is old

I had my nails done in this salon and the lady did an awful job cutting extremely bad my cuticles making them bleeding really bad.
On top her ustensile didn't look that much sterile and "new", when finally she finish the job she charge me double than usually., two days later I had really bad infection on my hands so for me is a big NO!

Had lashes done, one eye fell off same day next day the rest fell off, had lashes done many times before so i know how to take care of them, shop nothing like the pictures, seats are taped flooring missing, didn't get money back for lashes, manager didn't even want to give her name. Owner is Nalam will be contacting trading standards as there is no reasoning with this shop.
