Done my eyelashes extensions for first time in this place was very happy with service and the job was done in high quality thank you so much 😊 definitely will go again.

Rude staff. Paid nearly £200 pounds for them to turn around and say I have to contact groupon to even think about a refund, because I can’t have an appointment even though I’ve already paid the money. They hung up and now won’t answer the phone when I asked for them to email me this. Don’t waste your time.

Ignored my phone calls and finally answered admitted to not answering them told me it was not their problem it was mine. Told me that ringing in panic that my £200 pounds was gone was excessive.

Rude wouldn’t go here.

Today is my birthday and I had a lovely meal with a friend at Browns. I thoroughly enjoy walking around Kingston. it's a beautiful area and the setting was just right.

This is honestly the best eyebrow shape and tint I’ve had in a LONG time- I am so glad I decided to visit. I will be back!

Brilliant technician. My eyebrows now look amazing after microblading. She is very gentle.

Wow what an amazing experience. When I arrived was given a drinks menu for complementary drink and was then taken downstairs to a clean relaxing room for my treatments. I saw a lady Attiya who was one of the friendliest people I've ever meet. She started by threading my eyebrows which she took such precision and care with and then had a facial which included steam extraction massage mask ect I then decided to add to the facial by getting dermoplading (not sure if that's the right name for it) as my skin is very dry. I am amazed by the result my forehead has so many under skin spots and dry patches and it now feels and looks so smooth. She went above and beyond and even gave me a head massage while my mask was on she couldnt have done more she even spent longer than the arranged time to get my face perfect and clear. I am so happy it was such a wonderful experience and I will be going back for lots more treatments. She honestly made my day I am just so happy by the whole experience and the kindnest shown
