I have been going here for a couple of years every couple of months mainly to perm my hair.The main reason I go here is due to convenience as its a 5 min walk from my house. However I have decided I will never go back. The customer service is poor from them not having set prices or them constantly speaking in twi (a Ghanaian language).They speak in twi when they're gossiping about customers and you can tell from their body language. My sisters and mother have had the same experience and have decided to no longer come here aswell. You book appointments but they don't work by that. I booked an appointment on the 26th April for 12 noon, got there and waited over an hour whilst they attended to other people and I start work at 2pm! Agnes(the owner) has potential but she can't climb the true ladder of success because of her customer service skills. If she ever sees this review I hope she gets her act together. I am happy to now look for a better hairdresser.

Had an awful experience here. Got here for my appointment and the woman that was supposed to do my hair just never turned up. Waited for an hour and there was no sign of her. She hadn’t called anyone to let them know she’d be late, delayed or wasn’t coming.
When I asked one of the ladies to call her to see where she was. She was so rude! Telling me off for asking her to do that.
When she eventually tried to call her the woman that was supposed to do my hair didn’t even pick up.
I made this appointment for a wedding and they totally ruined my plans for my hair.
Completely rude and unprofessional!!

Staff are friendly, attentive and provide useful advise. I always leave feeling beautiful and get complements from people on how my hair looks nice and healthy. Gloria is especially good, quick & does a great job 👏🏽
