I had such a lovely experience at this salon. As soon as I arrived the atmosphere was warm and welcoming and I was seen to straight away. My stylist was Trisha who was an absolute delight and very attentive. What I loved the most is that they really took care of my natural hair and used the best products. The steam cap treatment was so relaxing I fell asleep! Above all my hair looks amazing!! I will definitely be returning!!

I really wish i could have given them a better because I met a really sweet stylist during my visit however, the quality of my trim totally put me off!

I had wash, treatment and trim, which I thought was pretty average.

The trim was the lowest point of my experience. I have thick hair which requires a good quality blow dryer and a stylist with a good technique in order to achieve a reasonable straightness to get an even trim- that i DID NOT get.

The blow dryer pick was broken so the owner came and took over but was struggling herself, the blow dryer seemed to be on its last legs and therefore I received a bad and uneven trim.
I won’t be returning personally.

I came in for a coil spa treatment, it was a relaxing experience overall. The stylist was very helpful, and gave me aftercare tips. My hair looked healthier after a good trim. I'll definitely recommend. I'll be back, especially for the scalp massage!

I went there for a moisture treatment, trim and silk press. First of all they did not have record of my appointment despite me booking online and then confirming by messaging them on Instagram, so I had to wait 30 minutes to be seen. I had never had a silk press before so didn’t know what to expect. The woman who did my silk press went over my hair too many times which has resulted in severe heat damage! I have 4c hair normally and 3 months one despite multiple washes and treatments my hair is still straight and my natural hair pattern has been ruined, I have had to cut off a lot of hair to remove the split ends caused by the damage. It will take months for my hair to grow out the damage and my hair has been completely ruined. I would avoid this salon at all costs!!

I am regular customer at Kintsu. I absolutely love their service. They’re all very friendly and always do my hair to the highest standard!

Had a silk press and versatile weave done for a wedding! Final results looked so natural. Best salon in south london without a doubt. Service was amazing , was a relaxing experience. Stylist is talented and pleasant. Salon very clean and luxurious. Definitely will be recommending friends and family.

I've had two great experiences at Kintsu Beauty Bar, with the amazing Jo, who did a fantastic job at laying and styling my lace front wig. She really took the time to make sure everything looked natural and made sure to finesse that skin melt! Her final touch of adding some curls and volume and I was set for my holiday. I would highly recommend this salon, not only for the professional work but the outstanding customer service and wonderful conversation! :)
