The worst experience ever in my lifetime at a salon. Iv not come across any business where the staff are so unprofessional and exceptionally rude! Particularly the hairdresser i was booked in with (sabrina). She was full of attitude and had zero customer service skills. Even though the lady at reception said its their policy to wash hair before cut due to covid 19, she refused to do so as she wasnt happy with the price reception had agreed with me on the phone, (even after i agreed to increase the price from the original quote i was given). Plus i had originally booked for a wash and cut aswell 🤔. At the end i ended up walking out! What a waste of my time it was! Also, the reception needs to clarify the prices on the phone especially with new customers clearly to avoid misunderstandings between client and the beautician/hairdresser. Totally pathetic. I do NOT recommend this place! I had to give it a rating to post feedback otherwise i wouldnt even give it a rating of 1!

I came today to get my eyebrows threaded I was a bit apprehensive due to to the negative reviews.

But I couldn't be more wrong Sajda who works only on Saturdays did an amazing job and the shape looks lovely.

I will definetely be going again.

I have been getting facials here once a month since this salon opened. They have very reasonable pricing and I would highly recommend. Roop salon is wonderful! The whole experience is so relaxing…I have fallen ! Love coming here!

My daughter had her hair hacked to pieces at this salon on Saturday, cost £42 (rip off for kids haircut) and they have just cut chunks out of her hair. Have had to go to another hair salon, who was appalled at the mess they made and I had to fork out more money. Now she has had to have it shorter than she wanted to fix the mistakes Roop made. AVOID

My daughter had her lashes done here, she was told they would last 7-14 days, they lasted less than 24 hours. They glued her eyelids together and the chemical they used to correct their mistake stung my daughters eyes, they were red and sore. They also didn’t do a patch test! Waste of time and money and were rude when my daughter asked for her money back and they refused. Very unprofessional company, AVOID AVOID AVOID!
