One massage booked for me, one for my husband. He loved his therapist Sarolta and felt like she was very attuned to his needs. I am pregnant so had a pregnancy massage with Ula, who was also very good, very relaxing. I have been impressed with customer service with Ruuby so far as they have also had to reschedule a double booking and did so without changing the price and very promptly. I am looking forward to using them when my son is born as how convenient to have someone come to your home for all the beauty essentials!

I have been using Ruuby for at-home manicures & pedicures since the start of the year.

The service from the concierge has been great and I was always given quick help when I needed it.

I have booked 3 different beauticians, I was overall satisfied with 2 of them, I was slightly dissatisfied with one due to nail polish application. Ruuby helped me sort the latter. I have found a beautician I am extremely satisfies with and I now book her regularly

Always on time, very professional and enjoyable to work with! I will keep using the app — it’s so convenient! They also do their best to accommodate any bespoke requirements you may have which is very helpful!

Had a half set of lashes a couple of months back and the whole experience from start to finish was great. Easy last minute booking, a really nice therapist and the best part is a got to lay on my own bed whilst having them done. Will be using the service again.

I would only ever use Ruuby for at home beauty treatments. The therapists are always really friendly, very professional but above all amazing at what they do. I love their massages, ultimate relaxation and would highly recommend!

The only beauty app I would ever use! Have been using them since they launched and never had a bad experience. Super convenient with early morning and late evenings, an insane range of treatments - have had everything from hair cut to tans to lash lifts and always super high quality!
