Onyx Beauty Bar

I've been using this salon for the last two years, the customer service is exceptional.The team at Onyx are fantastic and so friendly and always will try to accommodate. I'm really surprised with the earlier reviews as I have only had positive experiences at this professional salon. Onyx is definitely the best Salon in the West Drayton area.

The place is on a convenient location and they offer walk ins.
However the place is quiet dirty , they leave customers to ring on the phone for ages , then to wait in the waiting area for ages .
My eyebrows looked like after the tint that I am trying to enter a drag queen show, so I personally would not recommend them.
However they are polite , but I think the work load a bit too much for 2 people.

Honestly the hygiene of this place is immaculate. Pardeep is so pleasant and extremely professional she listens to your needs and caters to them as you require. The whole team is also polite and offer great customer service. Please don't delay or doubt I would highly recommend this business to anyone from all ethnicities to ages. You will walk out completely satisfied and brand new. S.

Terrible salon. Asked for threading was left with half a eyebrow. Pardeep was the beautician. I'm very upset. Never use this place. Very rude ontop had no solution for fixing it either. 0/10

I had a derma sonic facial done from Monica and would highly recommend it. The salon has high standards and is very clean.

wouldn’t recommend another place , my favourite place for my self care days - specialises in all sort of beauty treatments. I’ve been going here for years , wouldn’t go anywhere else❤️❤️❤️
