Beauty Brow

I went there to get my face waxed and got my skin peeled near my lips. The lady did not hold my skin tight when pulling the strip off and was using the same strip even when it was clearly loaded with wax. This was the second time I got my skin peeled. Very bad service. They just want to finish their work as quickly as possible and doesnt care about the quality of service they provide.

I have always had a wonderful experience there with one staff. Today I met with another one and she made my eyebrows shape pathetic, thin and uneven…!
Top on that, she wasn’t agreeing that she already spoilt my eyebrows…
Wasted money, rubbish service and I am never going there again..!!

If you value the shape of your eyebrows - avoid this place! Absolutely horrific experience, being left with one eyebrow completely butchered (and told to pencil it in, with zero remorse). Will not be going back. Awful!

I had bad experience with this saloon for my hair treatment. I did my keratin treatment over there around spending 200 pound almost but it just waste of money. Just after one single wash my hair are as it is like before. No one can tell that I did keratin treatment just 5 days before.

Staff is really unprofessional. They are just sitting over there to complete their target. If anyone comes in salon even just for any treatment and they start to giving them discount on keratin treatment. Like how professional it is? They don't have enough knowledge and experience but they just opened the saloon and fools the customer. If you want to save your money and your hair never never go over there.

Even one star is too much for this but unfortunately there is no option for zero.

Waste of money and waste of money and even not get satisfied results.

I was very DISAPPOINTED with the MANICURE, it was quite unprofessional and I wasn't satisfied. Upon asking, she said we can't do much. Also charged me extra, saying the manicure only includes shaping the nails and nail polish. if the cuticles had to be removed I need to pay extra. Despite agreeing to pay, the service wasn't satisfying at all.
Though I was pleased by the haircut and eyebrow threading.
NOT RECOMMENDED FOR MANICURES

Unhygiene and bad service and charges are high. Head cushion is dirty and with marks and towels are dirty and stinking bad … Not worth it at all

Have been going here for 10 years now. Great place to go for a busy working Mum of two, to go for a quick pamper for a great price. No appointment required.
Best time to go is straight after the morning school run.

This is a fantastic space and the girls there work really hard. For a fiver you get top lip and brows done.
Queues are inevitable but they decrease fast. Popular and deserves to be.
