Had a appointment booked, for a luxury pedicure to be phoned and told they couldn’t do it on the same day.appointment was booked for 6-45 and received a call to cancel at 3 o’clock very disappointed as I am local and was looking forward to finding a good salon as I read the reviews and they seemed good. Won’t be taking my custom there and would definitely not recommend as very unprofessional.

Have always had good service, the one time o wasn't happy with the result of my daughters haircut, it was rectified for free.

I love The Funky Medusa. Donna and Jade are both very talented hairdressers, the really listen to what you want and deliver every time. The salon is beautifully presented and I always have a lovely time when I’m there. I honestly cannot recommend it highly enough.

I honestly never write reviews but I just got home and had to. Everyone was so amazing, Phoebe and another lady (with lovely red hair) were so patient when combing my extra long hair, I had a breast reduction and can’t lift my arms past my shoulders so I had to go in for a wash- I called at 10am and they managed to book me for 12 the same day which was amazing!! Also, had box braids done by Phoebe which look great. I’m recommending this salon to anyone who appreciates excellent customer service. It’s such a cute little place too. Thank you so much!!

I am almost never posting rewies. This salon has changed my hair condition from 0 to 100. Outstanding quality and I have been to the "poshest" salons in London but I have to say this place has better products and they really do take their time to understand your wishes and expectations. I have been visiting Funky Medusa for almost a year now and I LOVE IT!! First I started to go because it was just round the corner from me but now i am sure I will come back for all the services even if i move to another location. They are so clean, so professional and always so polite. I always ask for Hilda as she has the lightest hands and does waxing super smoothly. Just came back from one treatment and already thinking what should I do next. Keep up the great work!!

I broke my shoulder and I was unable to wash or combe my hair properly.
Getting frustrated and desperate, I called Funky Medusa as my local hair salon, and explained my struggles. Staff were swift to book me in (despite being so busy and booked up) and were nothing but kind, professional and sympathetic.

They weren’t going to charge me, I was in shock!

I didn’t agree with it and paid, of course, but this just shows it’s not all about money but being kind goes a long way building a sustainable business.

This will certainly make me a returning client, I can’t recommend this place enough!
Friendly, polite, professional and reasonably priced.
