I have been going to south beach for years for treatments,
Its a great place Sam always fits me in for the treatments is so helpful with advice on my skin and other treatments.
The staff are always helpful, friendly and quick.
The venue is big so I'm able to come in with my pram if i have my baby which is really convenient for me.
would defiantly recommend.

After having had a bad experience here last time I decided to come back as I knew the woman I liked would be there to do my brows. After being asked to wait a few minutes for my appointment the owner came to me and said my appointment was cancelled. When I asked why she said (in front of the other customers) “it’s because you gave us a bad review.” As a business owner of over 20 years I am appalled at this behaviour. Rather than thanking me for coming back and asking how she could make things better, she shamed me in front of the other customers. I have friends that have also had unpleasant experiences with her. So I simply left, with my head held high and walked down the road to another salon. In this day and age where many people are counting their pennies I would think retaining customers is more important than ever before. Thankfully there are still many businesses in Chiswick where customer care has priority over the ego of the owner.

I have been using South Beach Chiswick for years, usually when I need to top up my tan. I always find both the staff and surroundings lovely and a really relaxed environment. The owner is delightful. I would highly recommend.

The beauty therapist who does my wax is amazing! She is quick and it is almost pain free. Unfortunately, I am unable to keep travelling here to be told my appointment has been rescheduled. This is the 3rd time I have come to this salon to be told by the receptionist that I will need to wait 30 minutes and that she changed the timing on Treatwell. Which she never does! When I told her she should really call to make those changes she then responded ‘I know’ well if you know then why didn’t you? I waste my time, petrol and money on parking coming here.

This is a great little place. Always super friendly, fit me in with short notice and great prices and service. Been going for several years now and no intention of changing. Highly reccomend!

Sandi, one of the best beauticians! Not only is she quick and gentle she is also so lovely!

However the shop is very unprofessional, twice I have been on time to my appt and they will be out walk ins before my appt.

Great eyebrow threading! However, super unreliable. I don’t think I have ever been seen on time. You can’t book online which is frustrating. This is 2022 people update your website !!

Sandi was really nice and very thorough. I’m not big on small talk and I think she picked that up and so I was allowed to just close me eyes and relax… as much as one can whilst being waxed! She was very thorough and it wasn’t any more painful than I would expect from a wax. The other lady (I’m assuming owner) was lovely as well and very kind too. Will be back here in the future. I booked through Treatwell but will book directly in the future. Thank you!
